  Look no further

  This is a great eye mask, and I've owned many. The usual problem with eye masks is that they don't conform to the face, and thus let light in, particularly at the bottom. The flaps are flimsy and the velcro just doesn't do the trick in keeping the mask tight to your face.This eye mask solves both of those. The connector at the back isn't velco, it's the real thing. It's not a cheap connector. And although I was worried because the lower part of the mask was heavier, I see they had to do this to block light. Unlike the expensive Sharper Image mask I bought, the heavier area is still very thin and doesn't cause a problem when I sleep on my side or face (yes, I often wake up face down, and not on the pavement.)If your intention is to own a TOTALLY light blocking eye mask that won't be uncomfortable in different sleep position, well, this is it.   The only sleep mask that works!

  I've tried a number of eye masks, some significantly more expensive than this, but this is the only one I use. The strap is thin and soft enough to stay comfortable even when I sleep on my side, and the mask itself is nice and soft, stays on fairly well, and does its job of blocking out light.   I've paid more than 10 times this for something that wasn't even half as good!

  I'm one of those people who cannot have any light or sound when I am sleeping. (BTW, these do not come with earplugs as the description states, at least mine didn't, although that's not what I purchased them for since I already have a good set.) I have used many eye masks over the years but this one is certainly the very best. What I like the most about it is that it's very comfortable and adjustable. I like a very, very, very tight eye mask and this allows me that while always fitting over my face well. I also like it because it's black and that also seems to naturally repel the light because I've used other eye makes in different colors (red and pink) and they tend to almost colorize the darkness. The reason I didn't give it a 5 is because some very little light sometimes manages to creep in. But other than that it really is perfect. And the price is excellent.   Wonderful, comfortable eye shades for indoors

  These were better than the Bucky eye shades I also purchased, with the exception if you are sleeping outside. The Bucky's did keep out more sun-light but indoors I couldn't tell a difference. For comfort and relaxation while sleeping indoors the Sweet Dreams was better. It was also much cheaper ($11.79 w/shipping to Bucky $31.34 w/shipping). I found the Bucky's still applied a little pressure on my eyes where the Sweet Dreams mask did not.   Lights Out! - Finally!!!

  I work midnights and just can't fall asleep if the room I'm in isn't dark. I've bought so many sleep mask but none of them were quite right. Either the material didn't block out the light or they didn't fit close enough and stay in place well enough to keep the light out. Until now, I'm thankful to say. The Sweet Dreams Sleep Mask fits perfectly without being confining. It's comfortable, light weight and cool and it's even contoured so that you can open your eyes unabstructed which allows for better REM sleep I'm told.   This mask does a great job for the price. It's comfy--it connects behind the head with a soft velcro strap. The convex shape means that it doesn't press against your eyes when they're closed.   Best rest I've had since I started working this crazy night shift

  Best One Ever

  I've used sleep masks for many years, being someone who cannot sleep when there is any intrusion of light. Many sleep masks allow some slivers of light to creep in around the edges, especially when they are no longer brand new and have become more misshapen.THIS MASK is designed the way ALL MASKS should be -- it covers a very wide area and protects completely from light leaks. It is also incredibly soft and because it wraps completely around the head, it doesn't shift around or feel uncomfortable. It's broad enough around the sides to even cover the ears to some degree, which helps with noise protection.THEY SHOULD ALL BE DESIGNED THIS WAY.   The Best for Migraine Relief!

  I purchased this mask (or one just like it) years ago. Unfortunately, my dog "ate" it and I haven't been able to find anything like it since...until now. This is the best mask for easing my migraine suffering. I've tried other masks since losing my first one, but none come close to providing the relief this mask does. The weight provides perfect pressure to cheeks, forehead and around the eyes. Light is completely blocked. I wouldn't recommend it as a sleeping mask, as it won't stay put when rolling over.   Used to be much better

  I gave this sleep mask 5 stars in my earlier review. It was wonderful. Now in 2012, they changed the product, and this new one compresses the interior beads so densely, it doesn't mold to your skull and eyes anymore. It just sits there on your eyes, pressing down. Very uncomfortable. The older version had a relaxed comfortable fit. It had recessed air pillows over the eyes, so it didn't press down on your eyeballs. This denser, more compressed version is pretty bad.   It is odd to be so excited about an eye mask, but...

  This is an ideal eye mask, it is large in surface area, so it will have no difficulty covering your eyes, it is soft, and padded, with a wide, adjustable, comfortable headband to keep it in place. There is a faint smell of peppermint that emanates from the mask, which is great for a headache, but may be a turn off for you if you dislike mint. I am not sure that this scent is intended by the manufacturer, but for me it is a nice bonus. I bought two as gifts, and was so impressed I am back to buy two more for my wife and I.   Outstanding eye sleep mask

  For sensitive people like myself this mask is a lifesaver. First of all it causes no allergic response. The velcro strip is very lightweight, narrow and soft. I use this mask for night sleep and able to achieve deeper 8 hr sleep. Sometimes I go to bed late in the night (3-5 am), but still sleep full length wich was impossible before.   Sleep Mask

  Since I purchased this mask my sleep life has changed dramatically. I used to wake up at any bit of light shining through the bedroom window. This was a problem during windy nights because our neighbors motion sensor spotlight would shine on our window every five minutes throughout the night. Now,if I wake up in the middle of the night I place the mask over my eyes and sleep soundly.   Cool eye mask!

  I ordered 2 of these eye masks, one for myself & one for my daughter. We both have sinus problems. We both agree that this mask feels good without putting it in the refridgerator. It has many positives: it's light weight, very comfortable, and effectively blocks out light. The elastic strap is relatively thin, making the mask comfortable whether you sleep on your back or side.The big problem is that it is no longer made to last. The inner layer of fabric that rests against your face is not sturdily attached. Just a couple of months after purchasing two of these masks, this inner layer frayed and peeled off of the foam core entirely on both of them.I've since switched to using a instead.   Purchased two of these for a long overnight flight (returning from Hawaii). They worked great, fairly comfortable. Wife seldom sleeps on a plane, but these definitely helped!   Very good sleep mask, but could use a couple improvements

  This sleep mask is very comfortable and would be perfect for travel, when you're sleeping in an upright position. However, there are a couple things that make this less than perfect:1. The velcro attached to the straps is thick. This creates a bump (1/8" or so) on the back of your head that makes sleeping on your back unlikely. There really isn't a good position in which to place the strap to make this more comfortable. However, sleeping on your side is perfectly comfortable.2. On my face, light leaks in on either side of the nostrils. If only there was an extra bit of fabric to gently close off that gap without putting pressure on the nostrils, this mask would be greatly improved.Both of the above cons are minimized if you are using these on a train or plane, which is probably the intended use of this mask anyway.   Cute but nose area does not lay flat on skin, letting some light in.

  I got this in "mums" and black (for me and my husband). My husband has taken a liking to it and I see him use it pretty much every night. I use it occasionally... the mums print is so cute!!! But I like it primarily for the unique print and SOMEWHAT ergonomic, contoured shape. The shape looked great in photo, but it doesn't lay flat on the sides of my nose... the inverted "V" shape part is a tad too wide/big for me. Perhaps if you had a bigger nose or the entire nose area were sticking out more, this would fit perfectly. I almost wish that they just cut a slit for the nose instead of a "V", so the flaps will lay over the sides of the nose.. I would imagine that will fit more people's facial shape and will keep lights out more effectively.   bucky 40 blinks

  I love my bucky 40 blinks eye mask. I rode to Florida from Missouri and took long naps with my face mask. It blocks out all the light and lets you zone out, nap and relax.   Actually, this is one of the best eye masks that I have ever owned. The construction can come off a little cheap/flimsy (at first, I thought I was going to seriously dislike this mask). Still, I put it in the freezer and tried it out the next day. Ummm... I wasn't exactly comfy with freezing my eyeballs; but after a short warmup, this mask was perfect. Flexible enough to get in there and do the job (unlike some I've tried), and the cooling effect lasted for quite a while. The only downside for me, is the liquid inside turning to ice crystals... nothing at all to do with how effective it is, but it makes me think of freezer frost. 4/5 J.   serves its purpose

  The best eye mask

  This is my first review -written just to recommend this eye mask.The mask is awesome. It does not get stiff and unmovable, there has been no issue with bursting or leakage and I just love it.I have previously purchased a number of cold gel eye masks at the grocery store/pharmacy and they have all failed. Many have either become too cold and broke apart or they just leaked or burst after a few uses.   Great headache relief, but pick up 2 so you always have one cold.

  I bought this after researching eye masks for a while. I get a lot of eyestrain for using the computer mostly, but they turn into migraines or just regular headaches. So I wanted something that didn't just block out any light, but also cooled and was comfortable. I'd say this is the most comfortable mask I've ever tried (Probably tried somewhere around 5 masks). Because its made of gel and not like sand, its extremely comfy on your face. It is also a bit oversized so that it covers more of your face (almost temples) far more than any of the other ones I've tried.One thing of note though as previous reviewers also note, is that it only stays cold for about 20-30 minutes. Thats not even long enough for excedrin to kick in before taking it off. Since it has gel in the center, I think it turns into an insulator of the heat that your head has, and becomes warm after the cold wears off.   Comfort and Quality just dosent last long enough...

  I really had a bad sinus infection and needed relief. This product looked appealing since I own their "shoulder ice pack" and love it. The sinus mask fits confortably and conforms to your face nicely. It is puncture proof and easily adjustable. My only complaint is that it only last about 15 minutes. I feel this is due to the fact that it is not as "thick" as say their back or shoulder products. It makes bedtime and after work so much more relaxing.   Gel cold mask

  Purchased for hubby who has severe allergies that affect his eyes. He keeps them in the freezer & switches when they lose the coldness. He says they are wonderful for soothing his eyes when itching or when they become extremely painful.
