    Versatile bag; great for air travel

    I took the large duffel to Disney world for one week. This was my only piece of luggage and had enough clothes for one week including toiletry bag (Vera Large Cosmetic) and one pair of shoes. This bag easily fit not only in the overhead storage bin on the plane but fit under the seat in front of me. I didn't fit the bag under the seat but I "eyeballed" it while I was sitting on the plane and it was obvious. I flew Delta. On the way back, I stuffed more items in the bag and it still fit in the overhead bin on the plane BUT it went in across (lengthwise, side to side), which I know is not encouraged on the plane. The great thing about this bag is that the material is lightweight. So even if you stuff it, its very light. The downside to this bag is, it is cumbersome to carry. The straps fall off my shoulder at various times so if you carry this bag, try not to carry other bags with it. It just doesn't work. This bag would also be great for car trips, picnics or camping.     Okay, could be more durable

    Love the design and colors, nice space, but my only complaint is the durability of the material used is slightly flimsy, and the bottom sags dramatically, even with only a few items of clothing inside.     Another great bag from Vera Bradley!

    This bag is absolutely perfect for its purpose. I wanted a purse that was large enough to carry my wallet and a few things I like to keep with me at all times - lipstick, hand sanitizer, water, passport, driver's license - and this is perfect. Also I like that it is snug to my body while keeping my hands free to do other things. The inside pockets are perfect for a cell phone and other small items to keep them from falling to the bottom of the large compartment on the inside and the outside flap has a strong magnet closure that's great for keys and other things you want quick access to. Plus it's just beautiful. Vera Bradley bags are so in right now and very hard to find at a reasonable price. I paid a lot less from Amazon than if I ordered this from the Vera Bradley website.     Turned into my favorite purse!

    I'm a photographer and I bought this bag to hold an additional lens, flash, batteries, cards, etc. when I'm shooting. However it ended up turning into my favorite purse. I love the fact that it is plenty roomy for my wallet, phone, a small comestic bag, my keys, sunglasses, and a small point & shoot camera, yet not so large that it gets in the way.     Great for ipad

    After carrying my ipad all up and down the east coast on an airplane, I purchased this bag for it. It fit perfectly. The shoulder strap helped ease the weight of the ipad and freed up my hands for other things. It fit perfectly in the seat back in front of me on the plane. Made traveling with an ipad much easier.     My favorite Vera bag

    I absolutely LOVE this bag. I have 4 children who are all getting a bigger (ages 10, 5, 4 2) and I don't need a real "diaper bag" anymore, but I do need a larger bag for longer outings. This bag is PERFECT for us. I love the outer pockets, perfect for keys and cell phone. The main compartment is big and spacious and the inner pockets are wonderful for holding snacks, hand sanitizer, diapers, wipes, sippy cups, etc. The handles are long enough that I can slip them over my stroller's handles so I don't have to stuff the whole bag into the lower basket.     I own a variety of Vera Bradley products and this is my favorite handbag. It's roomy, holds the essentials for the day and comes in a variety of colors. I like to put my reading glasses and hand sanitizer in the side pockets. My phone holds well in one of the interior pockets - - many great features. The only thing about this bag, and many other Vera products are all the treads after a year of use (my messenger bag is the same way).     The bag is beautiful and high quality. However, it's very small. It was intended as a gift for my teenage daughter, but after I received it I realized that it wouldn't fit all of her stuff.
