  I wish I could rate this with a negative star.

  Please, step away from purchasing this book. It is absolutely, without doubt TERRIBLE. First, the pages are paper - not nice, glossy paper - flimsy white paper! Also, there are white 'gaps' in the pages. Literally, there are white pages. The publisher of this book should be ashamed - I could have printed my own photos from AMI at home with better results.Please, do not waste your time or money purchasing this book.   I purchased and downloaded to my Kindle Fire for use when I am visiting my home away from home in Holmes Beach. On the Kindle, the images were broken. Sometimes they were upside down. I found it to be non-usable.Maybe if Amazon would redo the scan, taking more care to do it right, and test it for Kindles before selling it for Kindles, I may consider buying again.
