  Helpful short guide to ease airline travel

  I've travelled by air fairly extensively (and expensively) over the last 40+ years. I'm not a world traveler and don't log millions of miles but I have flown for business and pleasure MANY times. I wasn't too optimistic about "How to Buy Cheap Airline Tickets" being super helpful but thought I'd buy it and check it out (after reading some of other reviews).It was worth the price I paid for it.The information on increases in the amount that can be compensated for involuntary bumping - useful. And learning about new tarmac delay rule - you're able to request getting off of delayed plane now and go back to terminal - useful.Nice, clear color illustrations throughout the 48 page pamphlet (nice if you have a Kindle Fire). There were a few editing and formatting issues but nothing too distracting.Student discounts and senior discounts; info about Cheapflights.com - very useful.And the list does on.   I've been planning to take a little getaway trip with my wife so I got this book to see if I can save some money on air travel although I was a little skeptical about the possibility. I was wrong! This is not so much of a book but an actual guide of what to do, how to do it and most importantly when to do it if you want save money or just get better seats and better service.The book really gives some very helpful tips which there is no way to know even if you are in experienced traveler.   too convoluted

  it's too easy to get lost in the complexity of the app. plus it constantly asks for the flight information. i'm pretty computer and app capable and I constantly keep getting lost in how to navigate this app. more thought needs to go into the logistics off this app. 2/5 B.   GREAT IDEA - USED MANY TIMES

  I can't believe someone rated this lower than 5 stars. I have been traveling with my daughter since she was born and she is now 2 years old. We have used the vest, probably 8 or more times:When she was 6 months old my husband and I took a trip to Mexico and she was still nursing and on my lap. I felt great knowing that if we hit turbulance - she was attached to me.When she was 7 months she went to visit Grandma with me to Florida and once again - it worked great. Enough mobility so she could wiggle and nurse but safe enough for me to feel better.When she was a year - we were able to go to Maui and that was a long flight - once again we used it. And, we were never told by the flight crew to take it off during take off and landing although I understand you're not suppose to use it during that time (only cruising).   False Security (I'm an ex-Flight Attendant)

  This product does nothing to protect your child if anything goes wrong. It is basically just something for turbulence. The only way to fly safely is to have the child in a car seat and to strap it into a seat. There is no alternative.Never have your child in this for take-off and landing. Your weight could come down on the baby in forward impact. Their site implys that this product will be approved but that is not the case.   Fresh Perspective

  I was flipping through the channels the other night and I landed on this. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! All four guys were pretty funny, and the whole thing felt fresh.   Original and Histarical!!

  I caught this on Comedy Central and was laughing out loud. Not too many comedians are that funny anymore. These guys were hillarious and yet so orignal. They were funny without even trying to be. There was no picking on anybody, not really all about politics either. Just pure comedic talent, able to make you laugh about situations and yourself.   Gourmania is great fun! The game is challenging and has great replay value. I do agree with another review who said it is impossible to achieve the ranking of expert in the first level of the sushi house - I think there might have been an error in programming. I've played the game through several times now and have always reached expert level in every other section. Unlike other "HOG" games, this one never gets old because it's not based on a story - just lots of searching, finding, and cooking up tasty looking treats.   Great Game!

  This is a great game! Fun and challenging. I got addicted to restaurant/cooking games every since I placed Order Up on Wii and Restaurant City on Facebook, and have been playing them like mad. I love the concept of this game and the challenge of having to search for every ingredient, though it does make your eyes hurt from staring at the screen for so long, but only because you're so hooked. The only problem I saw with the game is that in the 1st level of the sushi restr. the expert goal seems a little high for that phase and I could never quite reach that goal even though I excelled in every other phase and levels of that particular restaurant and all of the other restaurants.   A MUST FOR TRAVELERS

  I purchased this because we were traveling for 3 weeks with alot luggage(8 bags).It seems one is always over weight. It work great for the first 2 weeks with out a problem, HOWEVER in the 3rd WEEK IT JAM AND THE ONLY WAY TO UNJAM IT WAS TO TAKE OUT THE BATTERY. This happen a couple times after that,unfortunately we are home and won't be traveling for a couple more months.   Great Gadget to have

  Well this is a gadget one should have ifyou travel more than twice a year. Recently, most domestic and international carriers are charging for excess baggage & weights. Domestic carriers no longer allows passengers to carry checked baggage for free. Now depending on the Internatonal carrier you choose the fees can vary on destination. It can be very costly monetary wiseand can lead to embarrassment at the checking counter. To avoid all that dillemas this is the perfect tool. I work for an International carrier and we happen to travel to multiple destination in Asia. Without much worries we were able to weigh the bags at our hotel and checkin without any issues or last minute dramas.   I have just returned to Spain from the USA and found that the correlation between between this instrument and two sets of airport scales was within plus or minus 0.1 Kg ( 0.22 lb ). The only problem I found was that it is difficult to reset the scales without getting a false reading for the next lift, fortunatly the false reading is obvious.
